945-010 - UNLAWFUL TO PARK VEHICLE OR STRUCTURE FOR SALE ON COUNTY ROADS¶
Any vehicle or structure parked or placed wholly or partly within any county road or highway for the purpose of selling the same or of selling therefrom or therein any article, service or thing, is a public nuisance and any duly authorized peace officer may immediately remove such vehicle or structure from within any such county road or highway.

945-020 - VIOLATIONS—MISDEMEANOR¶
Any person parking any such vehicle or placing any such structure wholly or partly within any such county road or highway for the purpose of selling such vehicle or structure, or of selling therefrom or therein, any article or thing, and any person selling, displaying for sale, or offering for sale any article or thing either in or from any such vehicle or structure so parked or placed, and any person storing, servicing, repairing or otherwise working upon any such vehicle, other than a vehicle which is temporarily disabled, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

945-030 - ENFORCEMENT¶
Any duly authorized peace officer may enforce the provisions of this Chapter.

945-040 - EXCEPTIONS¶
The provisions of this Chapter shall not prohibit a seller from taking orders or delivering any commodity from a vehicle on that part of any county road or highway immediately adjacent to the premises of the purchaser; nor shall the provisions of this Chapter prohibit an owner or operator of a vehicle, or a mechanic, from servicing, repairing or otherwise working upon any vehicle which is temporarily disabled in such a manner and to such an extent that it is impossible to avoid stopping such vehicle within such county road or highway.

945-050 - VIOLATION—SELLING, ETC.—MISDEMEANOR¶
Any person who sells, offers for sale, gives away or advertises any article, service or thing upon a county road or highway is guilty of a misdemeanor.

945-060 - MISDEMEANOR¶
Violation of this Chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and in punishable by a five hundred dollar ($500.00) Fine or six months in the County Jail, or both.

945-070 - SEVERABILITY¶
The invalidity of any section, paragraph, sentence or clause of this Chapter shall not invalidate any other section, paragraph, sentence or clause hereof. The Board of Supervisors hereby declares that it would have passed this Chapter and each section, paragraph, sentence or clause thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more of the other sections, paragraphs, sentences, or clauses thereof be declared invalid.
