935-010 - TEN MINUTE LIMIT

When any train on any railroad in Sutter County, California, outside of Municipal Corporations, stops, or is stopped, in such a position as to obstruct the ordinary travel on any highway, for a longer period than ten minutes, the person, or persons, having charge of such train must cause it to be separated, so as to leave the highway open to its full width to accommodate the public travel.

935-020 - VIOLATION—PENALTY

Every person who violates this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof by any court having jurisdiction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail of Sutter County for a term not exceeding 50 Days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
