§ 2.20.010. Purpose and effect of chapter.¶

Pursuant to the Political Reform Act, Government Code Sections 81000, et seq., and Fair Political Practices Commission regulation (2 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 18730), a conflict of interest code shall be promulgated by resolution duly adopted by the city council.
