Stanton Municipal Code Ch. 9.76 Civic Center Complex

The Civic Center Complex is located at 7800 Katella Avenue, comprises 1.9 acres and includes the City Hall, Cultural Arts Center, parking structure and all ways and grounds included within the following boundaries:

That real property in the city of Stanton, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows:

Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map No. 92-183 recorded in Book 272, pages 44 and 45 of Parcel Maps, and records of said County.

The Civic Center Complex shall be closed to the public between the hours of eleven p.m. and six-thirty a.m. every day.

No person shall enter or remain in the Civic Center Complex at any time during the hours when the Complex is closed to the public pursuant to Section 9.76.020 except for the following:

A. Law enforcement officers and employees of the county sheriff's department and the city; and

B. Persons who are or have been in attendance at an event or gathering conducted in the Complex and who are in the process of departing the Complex; and

C. Persons who are or have been in attendance at an event or gathering conducted by the Boys and Girls Club of Stanton; and

D. Persons who are or have been utilizing the Orange County Public Library, Stanton Branch.
