§ 9.08.010. Discharge unlawful.¶
No person shall shoot or discharge any firearm, air gun, spring gun, bow and arrow, slingshot or other similar device within the city except in defense of life or property in those cases which are allowed by the laws of the state.

§ 9.08.020. Peace officers.¶
This chapter shall not apply to peace officers when in the performance of their duty.

§ 9.08.030. Penalty for violations.¶
A. It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter.
B. Any person violating any provision hereof shall be charged in accordance with Section 1.04.080 of this code and upon conviction shall be punished in accordance therewith.
