§ 2.72.010. Qualification.

Stanislaus County declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Part 4, Title 4, Chapter 1 (commencing at Section 13500) of the Penal Code of California.

§ 2.72.020. Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training compliance.

Stanislaus County, while receiving aid from the state pursuant to Part 4, Title 4, Chapter 1 of the Penal Code of California, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

§ 2.72.030. Board of Corrections standards compliance.

While receiving any state aid pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the county will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the board of corrections.
