§ 2.48.010. General.

The California Industrial Development Financing Act, California Government Code §91500 et seq., has created in the county a public, corporate instrumentality of the state know as the industrial development authority of the county, for the purpose of exercising powers granted by the Act.

§ 2.48.020. Declaration of need.

The board of supervisors of the county ordains as follows:

It is found and declared that there is a need for the industrial development authority of the county created by Section 91520 of the Act and that such authority is authorized to transact business and to exercise all powers permitted by law.

§ 2.48.030. Referendum.

Pursuant to Section 91520(b) of the Act, this chapter is subject to the provisions for referendum set forth in Sections 4051 through 4058 of the California Elections Code.
