16.02.010 - Purpose and Effect

The meaning of words and phrases set forth in this chapter shall apply throughout this title except where the context of such words or phrases clearly indicates a different meaning. Whenever any words or phrases used in this title are not defined herein but are defined in the Subdivision Map Act or in another title within this code, such definitions shall be deemed incorporated herein.
