Sec. 35-30. - Appeal hearing—Appointment of hearing officer.

The board of supervisors may appoint the county hearing officer to hear the appeal as provided for in Section 35-28 of this chapter, which shall be governed by the Sonoma County Rules and Procedures for Administrative Hearings.
