Chapter 35 — CANNABIS BUSINESS TAX ORDINANCE

Sec. 35-1. - Title.

Sonoma County Municipal Code · 2026-09 edition · updated 2026-09-27 · Sonoma County

This chapter shall be known as the Cannabis Business Tax Ordinance. This chapter shall be applicable in the unincorporated territory of the county of Sonoma, which shall be referred to herein as "county."
