Sec. 20-54. - Berthing.

(a)
No person shall berth or anchor a vessel except as authorized by a berthing permit, berthing agreement or other written approval of the Park Authority. The Park Authority may move or secure or order moved or seemed, any vessel as authorized by Section 20.43(a)(3) of this Article.
(b)
No person shall berth or anchor a vessel in the Marina if it is determined by the Park Authority to be unseaworthy, improperly maintained or in any other manner determined to pose a hazard to persons or property.
(c)
No person shall bring a vessel into the Marina unless it is currently registered, numbered or documented if required by State and Federal law.
(d)
No person shall sublet a berth.
