Sec. 20-50. - Tampering with property.

(a)
No person shall willfully or negligently injure, break, remove or tamper with any part of the vessel of another.
(b)
No person shall go upon the vessel of another without the consent of the owner or person in charge of the vessel.
(c)
No person shall willfully or negligently destroy, damage, disturb, debase or interfere with any buoy, float, piling, berth, sign, notice or other property within the Marina.
