Sec. 5-3.15.01. - Administration and enforcement.¶
The Health Officer, Sheriff, and Animal Control Officer shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter.

Sec. 5-3.15.02. - Right of entry.¶
Any official designated to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter may enter upon all private and/or public premises for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.

Sec. 5-3.15.03. - Interference with officials.¶
No person shall interfere with any official designated to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter, or regulations pertaining thereto, in the performance of his official duties. Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
