Sec. 5-11.01. - Purpose.¶
The declared purpose of this chapter is to permit the Mental Health Director to charge fees for various Mental Health programs and services as authorized by law.

Sec. 5-11.02. - Fees.¶
The Mental Health Director is authorized to charge up to the following amounts for Alcohol and Drug services, and Mental Health services:

| Mental Health Services | Per staff minute | 1.93 |
| Medication Support | Per staff minute | 3.57 |
| Crisis Intervention | Per staff minute | 2.89 |
| Case Management/ Brokerage | Per staff minute | 1.47 |
The actual fee shall be based on a sliding fee scale as set forth in the Uniform Method for Determining Ability to Pay (UMDAP) publication of the California State Department of Health.
