Sec. 5-11.01. - Purpose.

The declared purpose of this chapter is to permit the Mental Health Director to charge fees for various Mental Health programs and services as authorized by law.

Sec. 5-11.02. - Fees.

The Mental Health Director is authorized to charge up to the following amounts for Alcohol and Drug services, and Mental Health services:

Collateral $ 68.00
Assessment 110.00
Individual 82.00
Group 58.00
Medication 76.00
Crisis Intervention 240.00
Day Care 79.00
Mental Health Services Unit Fee
Day Care-Rehab. (Full Day) Per client day $ 97.24
Mental Health Services Per staff minute 1.93
Medication Support Per staff minute 3.57
Crisis Intervention Per staff minute 2.89
Case Management/ Brokerage Per staff minute 1.47

The actual fee shall be based on a sliding fee scale as set forth in the Uniform Method for Determining Ability to Pay (UMDAP) publication of the California State Department of Health.
