Sec. 6-8.401. - Fees.

(a) The sum of Fifty and no/100ths ($50.00) Dollars shall be charged for the issuance of permits required by this chapter. The permit shall be effective for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of the permit subject to re-validation as set forth in Section 6-8.402.

(b) The sum of Five and no/100ths ($5.00) Dollars shall be charged for each re-validation.

Sec. 6-8.402. - Re-validation.

Permits shall be subject to re-validation every fifteen (15) days commencing fifteen (15) days after the effective date of the permit and continuing until said permit expires or otherwise becomes void. Re-validation shall be conducted at the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Department, Yreka, California. Should permittee fail to obtain such re-validation, permittee shall have no right to operate pursuant to said permit.

This article shall apply only to permits issued by the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Department.
