Sec. 5-3.3.01. - Health officer.

Wherever the term "Health Officer" is used in this chapter, it means the County Health Officer or his authorized representative.

Sec. 5-3.3.02. - Authorized representative.

Wherever the term "authorized representative" is used in this chapter, it shall mean a sanitarian registered in the State and working under the supervision of the Health officer.

Whenever the term "Animal Control Officer" is used in this chapter, it means the County Animal Control Officer or his authorized deputies.
