Sec. 5-3.1.01. - Title.¶

This chapter shall be known as the Siskiyou County Animal Control Law.

Sec. 5-3.1.02. - Application and scope.¶

The provisions of this chapter shall apply in the unincorporated area of the County to any person, firm, or corporation owning, controlling, harboring, or keeping dogs, cats, domestic or exotic animals.
