8-26.01 - Adoption.

(a) The California Wildland-Urban Interface Code, 2025 Edition, Part 7 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations together with those omissions, amendments, exceptions and additions thereto are hereby adopted and enacted, as the Primary Building Code of the City of Simi Valley and made part of this Code by reference with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.

(b) One copy of the 2025 Wildland-Urban Interface Code has been filed for use and examination by the public in the Offices of the City of Simi Valley.
