2-6.101 - City Clerk, City Treasurer, and Finance Director.

The City Clerk, the City Treasurer, and the Finance Director shall each execute a bond in the penal sum of One Hundred Thousand and no/100ths ($100,000.00) Dollars pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the State.

If any person shall fill two (2) or more of the offices set forth in this section, only one bond shall be required for such person in an amount equal to the greatest sum required for any of such offices held.

2-6.102 - Other officers and employees.

Except as otherwise set forth in Section 2-6.101 of this article, all officers and employees of the City, including the deputies of the City Clerk and the City Treasurer, shall be covered by an honesty position bond, issued by a surety company authorized to do business with the State, for the faithful performance of the duties of their respective offices or employment in the aggregate penal sum of One Hundred Thousand and no/100ths ($100,000.00) Dollars for all such employees.

2-6.103 - Premiums.

The premiums for the bonds provided for in this article shall be paid from the General Fund of the City.
