6-1.901 - Amendment: Section 4493-2. Definitions.¶

For purposes of this chapter, subsection (d) of Section 4493-2 of the Ventura County Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 4493-2. Definition.

(d) The term "Review Officer" means a neutral and impartial person who has been designated or retained to conduct an Initial Administrative Review of the issued citation by the Division or the City.
