9.44.010 - Recommendation by resolution.¶
The city community services commission may, by resolution, recommend to the city council rules and regulations governing the use and operation of city parks, recreational areas and other public space. Such rules and regulations shall not be adopted unless approved by the city council.

9.44.020 - Penalties and enforcement.¶
Copies of such rules and regulations shall be made available at each recreational facility, and violation shall constitute a misdemeanor and be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1.12.010 of this code. Any person violating any of the rules and regulations recommended by the city community services commission and approved by the city council shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of the rules and regulations is committed, continued, or permitted.
