10.28.010 - Persons authorized to issue parking violation notices.¶

Peace officers and persons designated by the chief of police to enforce parking laws and regulations are authorized to issue a notice of parking violation pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 40202.

10.28.020 - Parking violation penalty schedule.¶

The penalties for a parking violation shall be established from time to time by resolution of the city council pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 40203.5.
