9.12.010 Permit required.¶

It is unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person to hold, manage or cause to be held or managed any parade of any kind without first having obtained a permit from the Sheriff or the Board of Supervisors. (Ord. 142, eff. 8/2/37; Prior code § 32101)
