8.02.030 - Health and sanitation violations.

A. No person shall expectorate or spit tobacco juice, spittle, or rejected tobacco, or tobacco partially chewed or consumed, or similar substances, on the floor of any public conveyance or public building or on any sidewalk within the city; and

B. It is unlawful for any person to deposit, or cause to be deposited, any human urine or feces upon any public or private highway or road, including any portion of the right-of-way thereof, or in or upon any public property other than property designated or set aside for that purpose, or in or upon any private property where the public is admitted by easement, license or other permission, or upon any private property which is exposed to public view; and

C. Persons who violate this section due to one or more verified medical conditions shall be exempt from the enforcement of this section.
