12.20.010 - Statutory authority.

This division is enacted pursuant to the powers given to the city council by Section 1020 of the Streets and Highways Code of California, and the street district or districts hereinafter provided for shall be subject to all provisions of Chapter 3 of Division 2 of the Streets and Highways Code concerning such districts.

12.20.020 - Finding.

It is found and determined by the city council of the city that public convenience and necessity render it suitable to create one street district out of all the incorporated territory of the city.

All the incorporated territory and area of the city shall be, and here is, constituted to be one street district.
