5.04.010 - Bingo games sponsored by nonprofit charitable organizations.¶

Pursuant to Section 19 of Article IV of the State Constitution and Section 326.5 of the Penal Code, those nonprofit charitable organizations qualifying pursuant to Penal Code Section 326.5 are authorized to conduct bingo games within the unincorporated areas of the county.
