3.32.010 - Imposed—Amount.

There shall be imposed, by resolution of the board of supervisors pursuant to Section 27361.4 of the Government Code, fees for filing every instrument, paper or notice for record in the offices of the Shasta County recorder. Any fees authorized pursuant to this section shall be in addition to other fees which may be imposed by the board of supervisors pursuant to Sections 27361 and 27361.3 of the Government Code or other applicable provisions of this code or state law.
