19.07.010 - Building and construction permits.¶

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this code, any permit for a residence on a "fire-damaged lot or parcel" that was issued pursuant to Shasta County Code, Title 16 - Buildings and Construction, and which has not been reissued previously, is hereby reissued and extended by one year beyond its original expiration date.

19.07.020 - Reimbursement of certain previously paid "re-issue permit fees."¶

Any "re-issue permit fees" (also referred to as permit reissuance fees) previously paid to and received by the County of Shasta with respect to a "fire-damaged lot or parcel" for reissuance of any permit that is covered by this chapter shall be refunded forthwith to the payor of such fees.
