3.36.010 - Statutory authority.

Section 4702 of the Civil Code of the state shall apply to this county.

3.36.020 - Imposed—Amount.

Pursuant to Section 279 of the Welfare and Institutions Code of the state, which section was amended by Chapter 922, Section 3, 1967 regular session, there is imposed a service charge as described in said section, the service charge to be at the rate of two percent.
