9-5-1: SPEED OF TRAINS:¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to run or operate, or cause to be run or operated through or in the Corporate Limits, any freight train, passenger train, railroad locomotive, engine, or railroad car at a faster rate of speed than forty five miles per hour (45 m.p.h.) between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. of any day and for the time each day not covered by this Chapter, there is no limit upon the speed of the railroad rolling equipment. 9-5-2: TRAINS NOT TO BLOCK STREETS:¶
No person shall operate any train or train of cars, or permit the same to remain standing, so as to block the movement of traffic upon any street for a period of time longer than five (5) minutes. (Ord. 406, 6-6-49)
9-5-3: MINORS LOITERING NEAR TRAINS PROHIBITED:¶
It shall be unlawful for any minor, under the age of twenty-one (21) years, to get on or off, or attempt to get on or off, any car or train of cars, while the same is in motion. (Ord. 51, 4-15-93)
