6-16-1: POOL HALL REGULATIONS:¶
The place where the billiard, bagatelle or pool table(s) are kept, shall be, at all times, quiet and orderly. No person(s) under the age of fifteen (15) years shall be permitted to engage in any game of any kind therein, or to be in such place unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; that all entrance doors containing glass are so constructed that they afford persons outside the place a clear and unobstructed view of the interior of the place and the business therein conducted at all hours of the day and night, both when the same is open for business and when closed, and that no curtain, screen, ground glass or frosted glass, blinds, shutters, partition, or any obstruction shall at any time be permitted or maintained in any room or part of the building used for the business of the aforesaid, which shall in any manner obstruct or interfere with such view; and that the person(s) in charge of each business shall not permit any person(s) under the age of eighteen (18) years to remain in said business after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. of any day; and that the place shall be closed at the hour of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight of each day; and that no business or games shall be conducted therein during the hours while closed.
