12.16.010 Purpose.¶
From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter it shall be unlawful for any firm or corporation to erect, construct, or establish any building, wall, fence, or other improvement within the space from the curb line into the properties as more particularly set forth in Exhibit A.
