§ 2.02.470. Notification upon absence of member from city.¶
Any member of the city council who shall absent himself from the city for a period of seventy-two hours or more shall notify the mayor or mayor pro tem, city manager and secretary to the city council of a telephone number where said member may be contacted.

§ 2.02.480. Disclosure of confidential communication prohibited.¶
A. It is unlawful for any person who is present at a duly held closed session of the city council to reveal or disclose any confidential communication or information discussed during such closed session; provided, however, that disclosure made with the authorization of the city council and to further the interests of the city council relative to matters which were the subject of a closed session shall be proper and lawful.
B. Violation of this section is an infraction, punishable by a fine of not more than fifty dollars for the first violation, of not more than one hundred dollars for the second violation within one year, and not more than two hundred fifty dollars for each additional violation within one year.

§ 2.02.490. Compensation.¶
Each member of the city council shall receive a salary of four hundred dollars per month.
