5.26.150 - Violations—Penalties.¶
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, save and except for the provisions of Section 5.26.090, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, punishable as provided in Section 1.08.010 C and D of this Code. Any person who violates the provisions of Section 5.26.090 relating to the requirement of obtaining a city business license shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 1.08.010 B of this Code.

5.26.160 - Public nuisances.¶
Any security alarm system installed, operated, or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is declared to be a public nuisance and may be abated in accordance with the provisions of this Code or state laws authorizing the abatement of public nuisances.
