§ 3.01.010. Definitions.¶

In this title, the following definitions apply:

"City treasurer" means the person appointed by the City Manager to administer taxes for the City.

"State board of equalization" means California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. (Ord. 556 § 3, 2019)
