Chapter 16.68 — NEWSRACKS

This chapter is adopted in accordance with California Constitution Article XI, § 7, for the purpose of establishing uniform regulations for allowing newsracks to be placed within the public right-of-way. The city's intent in adopting this chapter is to establish reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on the commercial use of public right-ofways in order to preserve public health, safety, and welfare.
