Santa Cruz Municipal Code Ch. 6.80 Enforcement of Statutes, Rules and Orders Relating to Public Health

Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 476 and Section 901 of the Charter of the city of Santa Cruz, the county of Santa Cruz health services agency, by and through the director of that agency, is hereby authorized to enforce within the city of Santa Cruz all statutes relating to public health as set forth in the California Health and Safety Code and all orders, quarantine regulations, rules prescribed by the State of California Department of Health Services and all other rules and regulations promulgated or issued under or pursuant to the provisions of the California Health and Safety Code.
