§ 9.40.010. Applicability of Vehicle Code provisions.¶
Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Sections 22507.8 and 21107.8, the County determines that the parking facilities located at Santa Cruz Dominican Hospital are generally open for public use, and therefore extends the provisions of Vehicle Code regulations to such property, including the enforcement of handicapped parking regulations. Nothing in this section shall require the County, or any other law enforcement agency, to enforce any traffic regulations or parking restrictions on such property.
