Sec. B14-55.1. - Specimen collection.¶
Specimen collection of plant material, insects, and minerals is allowed for research and educational purposes only by Valid Permit issued by the Director and subject to collection restrictions.

Sec. B14-55.2. - Metal detecting.¶
Metal detectors may be used in turf and non-turf areas of all Parks, except in historical and cultural sites as defined in the Department's policies and procedures or as otherwise determined by the Director in accordance with applicable law. A Valid Permit issued by the Director is required for metal detecting.
