Sec. 58-126. - [Motor vehicle use of sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, and curb…¶
Motor vehicle use of curb returns, pedestrian ramps, and sidewalks is prohibited.

Sec. 58-127. - [Parking on and driving on, over, or across sidewalks—Prohibited.]¶
Motor vehicles are prohibited from parking on and driving on, over, or across sidewalks, except as otherwise provided in this article.

Sec. 58-128. - [Parking on and driving on, over, or across sidewalks—Exceptions.]¶
Motor vehicles are not prohibited from parking on or driving on, over, or across a sidewalk if it is necessary to do so to utilize or access an approved and installed driveway or drive approach.

Sec. 58-129. - [Parking on and driving on, over, or across sidewalks—Temporary purpose…¶
Circumstances in which it is necessary to drive on, over, or across a sidewalk for the temporary purpose of loading or unloading, where the sidewalk and curb are protected by use of wooden planks no less than two inches thick, may be authorized by the city engineer or his authorized designee. Any planks used may not remain upon the street, sidewalk, or adjacent area during the hours from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Access for ingress and egress to an RV (recreational vehicle) or similar motor vehicle or trailer parking or storage area on the lot shall not be considered temporary.
