San Ramon Municipal Code Ch. X California Existing Building Code

A. The existing building code for the City of San Ramon is the “2025 California Existing Building Code" and Appendices Chapters A1, A3 and A4, as published by the International Code Council, as promulgated in the California Building Standards Commissions by Title 24, Part 10, California Code of Regulations, and, except, as to any omissions, amendments and additions hereinafter noted, is adopted by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein. B. The standards for the California Existing Building Code are the International Existing Building Code Standards, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, and, except, as to any omissions, amendments and additions hereinafter noted, is adopted by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein. C. One copy of such "2025 California Existing Building Code" is on file in the City offices, and is made available through the City Clerk for public inspection. (Ord. No. 516, § 9, 10/25/2022; Ord. Omissions, amendments and additions to the California Existing Building Code are as set forth in this Chapter. (Ord. No. 516, § 9, 10/25/2022)

Effective on: 1/1/2023

The name "City of San Ramon" is inserted in any and all blank spaces provided in said California Existing Building Code for the name of the city adopting said code, and wherever the word "city" as "jurisdiction" appears in said code or is otherwise used, it shall mean and refer to the City of San Ramon.
