3.56.010 - Hunting on private property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot, or trespass, while in the possession of Firearms, on any private property without first having procured and without having in his or her possession the written consent of the owner or owners or lessee or lessees of such private property.

3.56.020 - Hunting on county roads or public roads.

It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, shoot, pursue, or kill any game or other birds on any County road or public highway of San Mateo County.

It shall be the duty of the Sheriff, constables, and all peace officers to enforce this chapter.
