3.40.010 - Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the term "police dog" shall mean any dog specially trained for assistance to law enforcement officers, and which dog is under the control of a law enforcement officer in the performance of his duties.

3.40.020 - Interference with police dog prohibited.

No person shall injure, tease, strike or otherwise interfere with any police dog while said dog is in the custody of, or being used by, a law enforcement officer in the performance of his official duties.
