3.80.010 - Trespassing prohibited.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the owner of the property or persons having the permission of the owner, to trespass, loiter, wander, or be upon any lands, public or private, which the Board of Supervisors has hereinafter designated in this chapter as dangerous premises, and upon which the Director of Public Works, with the consent of the owner or owners of said property, has posted a sign as hereinafter provided.

3.80.020 - Warning signs.¶
The signs to be posted as herein provided shall be of sufficient size to give reasonable notice to persons in the vicinity that said lands so posted are dangerous premises and shall be substantially in the following form:
WARNING THIS PROPERTY IS DESIGNATED AS DANGEROUS PROPERTY UNDER THE ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO. IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL TO TRESPASS THEREON WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER

3.80.030 - Posting of warning signs.¶
The warning signs to be posted by the Director of Public Works as herein provided in this chapter shall be posted in conspicuous places within the property designated as dangerous premises, at intervals of not more than 100 feet and violating trespassers shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

3.80.040 - Dangerous premises defined.¶
For the purpose of this chapter the Board of Supervisors hereby finds and declares that those lands which are and constitute "dangerous premises" are situated in the unincorporated territory of the County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
All that certain area of land lying westerly of State Highway Route No. 1, between Station D-321 plus 00, said station being at or near a culvert having the marking D-6.10 on a guide post at its inlet end, and Station D-450 plus 00, said station being approximately 350 feet westerly of a culvert having the marking D-8.48 on a guide post at its inlet end; the aforementioned stations having been established by surveys by the State Division of Highways, and being delineated on that certain set of plans prepared by said State Division of Highways, dated May 25, 1936, and entitled "PLAN AND PROFILE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN SAN MATEO COUNTY, BETWEEN FARALLONE CITY AND ROCKAWAY BEACH", a copy of which is on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, in the Court House, Redwood City.
