3.20.010 - Giving of false information to any county agency or department is prohibited.

Any person, who knowingly makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation to a County officer or employee in connection with any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the County, or who knowingly falsifies, conceals or covers up by direct scheme or device any fact, or makes or uses any false writing or document when he knows the same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
