3.08.010 - Intoxication in public places prohibited.¶
It shall be unlawful for any intoxicated persons or any person in an intoxicated or drunken condition to be in or on any public highway, road, street, sidewalk, lane, alley, public grounds, public park, public place, or place open to the public, or open to public view, or store, railroad depot, stadium, theater, or other place to which the public is admitted or invited.

3.08.020 - Intoxication in private premises to annoyance of others prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any intoxicated person or any person in an intoxicated or drunken condition to be in any private house or in or on any private premises to the annoyance of any other person or persons.
