23.04.01: USES PERMITTED:

The following uses, and no other uses, are permitted in the P&R Park and Recreational (P&R) Zone:

  • A. Parks and parkways.

  • B. Playground and recreational.

  • C. Beautification and planting.

  • D. The construction and installation of all facilities necessary or convenient for any of the aforementioned uses.
