San Leandro Municipal Code Art. 4 Exceptions

This Chapter shall not apply to the maintaining of billiard, pool or snooker tables:

(a) by any religious, charitable, benevolent or nonprofit association or corporation solely for the recreation or amusement of its members;

(b) in private residences.
