§ 4-31-100. SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS.

Any person riding a skateboard or in-line skates at the Thrasher Park designated skateboard area shall wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads.

§ 4-31-200. VIOLATIONS AN INFRACTION.

Any person violating the provisions of Section 4-31-100 shall be guilty of an infraction.
